Our Combat Sports Strength Phase II program is a supplement to your combat sports training days with the goal building strength while putting in time on the mats. It is the second program in our series of Combat Sports training plans.

Equipment: Standard gym equipment is required for this program. Barbell, Dumbbell or Kettlebell, Bands. All Exercises can be substituted with variations of the same movement. Ex. Barbell Floor Press for Sandbag Floor Press.
