This training plan was written for the average person looking to get strong and improve their conditioning to high level. People who aren’t competing, just out there working full time, balancing life, and wanting to be stronger.
Equipment: Stand gym equipment. Barbell, Dumbbell/Kettlebell, Squat Rack, Bench, etc.
