The 4 Week Bodyweight Development & Improvement Program is designed to increase the max reps for bodyweight movements over a short period of time. It is a high volume and density program that is a substitute for your upper body training during this period. All lower body and endurance training can continue as normal with these workout only being roughly 45-60 minutes to complete.
The target audience of this program is military, law enforcement, first responders, security, or other individuals who need to take a physical fitness test work their progression, or someone just looking to really boost their push up, pull-up & dip max reps.
Required Equipment: Pull-up Bar, Dip Bar, Barbell, Plates & Bands
