The Lean Gains Phase is 6-week training plan follow up to the Mass Gains program. The goal is this phase of training is to continue to add strength and muscle while continuing to lean out on body fat. This phase of training adds more conditioning with the barbell and with the rower. The Lean Gains Phase was written in conjunction with Mass Gains program but can be run as a separate program.

Standard gym equipment is necessary for this workout program.
