Mass Gain Phase

A 12 week strength and mass gain program designed to add muscle to even the hardest of gainers. It is a four day week lifting schedule with three active recovery days. Standard gym equipment is necessary for this workout program. Squat rack, bench press, barbell, and dumbbells.
